I always say at least four weeks in advance but the more notice, the better! This will ensure we have enough time to discuss your photography needs, plan and execute the shoot, with enough time to get the images delivered to you before you need them. I often have last minute slots open up so do get in touch and let me know your time frames, I’d love to hear from you.

Yes! I want Brand Photography to be accessible to everyone so I offer payment plans for my Half & Full Day photoshoots.

A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking date and you can pay the remainder in either 2 or 3 instalments before the photoshoot date.

VIP Experience

This is a Full Day branding photoshoot which will start at 10am and finish around 3pm. This includes time to capture all of the branding photography, BTS video clips and have breaks for refreshments - drinks and lunch.

The Glow Up

This is a Half Day branding photoshoot which will start at 10am and finish around 1pm. This includes time to capture all of the branding photography, BTS video clips (if included) and have breaks for tea / coffee / drinks throughout.

I would love to offer shorter / smaller photoshoot packages. However, from trying & testing these offerings it became increasingly apparent to me that in order to get the most out of a photoshoot you need to feel the benefits of the full experience. I can make a promise to you that my Full & Half Day photoshoots will provide you with the ultimate branding experience - a day out to celebrate yourself, your business, how far you have come and SO much more!

Planning is such an integral part of a Brand Photoshoot.

I say to each and every one of my lovely clients that the more they put into the planning process, the more we will get out of it on the day!

I have a very collaborative approach to planning. Depending on which shoot you go for, planning will range from delving into your business and discovering what you would like capturing for your business, discussing our ideas on a planning call, creating a mood board and bringing all ideas together in a detailed shot list which will be used on the day of the photoshoot.

Any extra information you can provide really helps me capture imagery that is perfect for you & your brand. We will use everything to refer to on the day to keep us inspired and motivated ⭐️

Location is one of THE MOST important (and exciting 🤩) parts of planning a brand shoot as it will set the backdrop for all of your brand images. We will work together to find a spot on location for your photoshoot. I have shot at many different locations over the years so can assist and recommend those that are suited to your business & style.

Outfits are also super important and will reflect who you are, your business & the vibe you want to give off in your images. I have many tips & tricks when it come outfits & posing so if you’re feeling unsure do not worry!

We will run through everything on our pre-shoot planning call and make sure these areas are all discussed nice and early so you have lots of time to get organised for your shoot.

I will also give you tips and loads of encouragement on the day so you can relax and enjoy it! 😍

I truly believe that branding shoots are for any type of person and can actually help build confidence by bringing your authentic self to the forefront of your business. It can be so difficult to step outside of your comfort zone, especially if you are not used to having your photo taken, or don’t feel comfortable in front of the camera. Whichever photography package you choose, we will spend time experimenting with different photography styles including a mixture of headshots, lifestyle images, behind the scenes content, action shots, and stock imagery that is bespoke to your brand. We will chat through style ideas on our pre-shoot planning call, and I will form a cohesive ‘shot list’ to make sure I capture your dream set of brand photographs on the day!

I pour my heart & soul into each and every photoshoot, including the editing process. I carefully edit each and every photo professionally, to create a sparkling gallery of images that truly encapsulate the essence of you & your business.

You can expect to receive your final gallery approximately 2-3 weeks after the shoot day, this depends on my schedule. I will provide you with an estimate delivery date, but if you do have a deadline for the images, please get in touch to book your shoot as soon as possible with the desired dates stated.

I always recommend treating yourself to a pre-shoot pamper on your brand shoot day to make you feel even more amazing!

If your photoshoot is at my studio then we have an in-house make up artist who can do your hair & make up before your shoot! Amber is amazing and is highly recommended by many of my clients. For make-up she offers full glam with the option to add lashes, for hair she offers curls or straightening. If your photoshoot is based elsewhere just let me know, Amber will happily travel or for further locations I have various make-up artists on file.

This is something I feel super passionate about and have learnt from my own experiences in the past when I haven’t had the opportunity to choose my own photos.

Brand Photography is SUCH a personal thing - the images that I would pick out from your shoot, you may not necessarily choose for yourself.

I want you to absolutely love your photos and to feel confident to show up online using them every day in your business!

A few days after the photoshoot, you will receive a link to the unedited gallery of images. You can flick through the gallery on your own terms and make your selections for editing. It’s also fun to make a cuppa and re-live the shoot day experience 😍
